Programming equivalent of the language spoken by the demons of the inner circles of Hell. Often poorly taught by graduate students to undergrads in science and engineering fields of study, usually under the false pretense that it is usefull for something other than bringing about the end of time. Could be a powerful tool of evil if anyone actually understood it.

Once thought to be derived from the English "matrix", meaning an array of numbers, and "laboratory", meaning a place of study. Now known to be a demonic word meaning 'a 3x3 matrix of 6's'.
Bob's eyes were dim and expressionless after completing his Matlab program... a clear sign that his soul had been torn away.

Words you can keep
The stage previous to suicide. Sometimes suicide would be a better option.

It has nothing to do with actual life and there are no badgers involved (as i was previously informed). I'm disappointed.

Horrible programming language which is supposedly easy to learn, though it has caused countless nightmares…
I've been programming for 45 hours this week, which is what I'll be doing next week, too. I still won't get a 'B' in the course.

(1) gay
(2) really, really gay
Guy 1 - "Hey Guy 2, have sex with me."
Guy 2 - "Sorry, I'm not MATLAB."

Matrix Laboratory. It's a programming language developed by The MathWorks intended for scientists and engineers.

Has lots of useful built-in functions and toolboxes for signal processing, data analysis, modelling etc.

Hard to get used to if you're used to C/C++ or Java as it is not object oriented, and the syntax is quite different.
MATLAB ccode example:

H=tf(60*pi, 1 60*pi);
bode(H)
time=1:1024;
h=impulse(H,time/1000);
figure
plot(h)

matlab and chill

It means that you are going to go over to your engineering study partner's house and fuck with Matlab running in the background, cause plotting takes way too long and you should have used matrix operators instead of for-loops.
Brad: "Hey Julia wanna come over for matlab and chill"
Julia: "Sure I'll pick up the condoms"
Brad: "Wait I thought we were just gonna do some Wind Chill Computation..."
Julia: "Matlab and chill means we fuck, dumbass"
**obviously Brad is NOT an electrical engineering undergraduate

Matlab and Chill

When a female engineer is so desperate for help on Matlab that she resorts to having sex with sex-deprived nerds. Similar to Netflix and Chill, but typically occurs among engineering students who seek a mutually beneficial relationship.
Male nerd: "I am going to finish my Matlab homework tonight."
Female engineer: "Matlab isn't the only thing that will get finished tonight if you help me with this programming. Matlab and chill tonight?"

age gate

An absolutely foolproof way to keep minors from viewing content deemed "too mature" for them to watch.
Billy: "So I was trying to watch some videos for an M rated game, and I ran into an age gate, so I put in my real birthday. SOMEHOW it managed to figure out that I am 12. CURSE YOU AGE GATE!!!"

Bill: "Fucking age gate! *quick scroll* THERE! I was born on January 1, 1904. Fuck you age gate."

The Crud that collects under the keys in a keyboard. Usually more severe in the keyboards of programmers and webmasters as they tend to spend a lot of time at the the computer and thus eat at their desk. Mainly affecting IBM Model M (clicly) style boards.

B)
Can also be used to gross out Non-Techie people
A)
Bill: want to go to the club?
Bob: No, I've got to clean out my board chow, keys are starting to stick.

B)
Bill: Want to go out to get a bite?
Bob: No, i am just going to have some of my board chow/
Bill: Whats' that?
