To sue for damages, seeking compensation for the slightest violation of rights. Often this involves the prosecution not having common sense. See nanny state, political correctness, idiot.
Suing a cigarette company because you got cancer, which may have been caused by the smokes. Because there was no clear warning, despite it being well known they are dangerous to health(documentation dates to world war I), the prosecution claims she was not aware and sues for billions of dollars.

The practice of suing for large sums of money over what is usually a trivial action in an attempt to get rich, and possibly retire.
She engaged in litigation lotto by suing the tobacco company for 25 million dollars over her child's birth defect, claiming they didn't adequately warn her about the dangers of smoking.

An absolutely foolproof way to keep minors from viewing content deemed "too mature" for them to watch.

A)
The Crud that collects under the keys in a keyboard. Usually more severe in the keyboards of programmers and webmasters as they tend to spend a lot of time at the the computer and thus eat at their desk. Mainly affecting IBM Model M (clicly) style boards.
