Legal cognition seeks to create a consistent, predictable framework for resolving disputes, but it can become detached from morality, practicality, or social equity, leading to outcomes that are "legally correct" but widely perceived as unjust.

To the public, this is blatant evasion. To the lawyers and judges operating within Legal Cognition, it is a valid exploitation of the rules as written.
