Las palmas
Las Palmas is a group of dangerous individuals gathering anywhere a palm tree can be found. Typically an island gang, Las Palmas has cliques and reserve troopers residing in the states as well. Senior ranking members of Las Palmas often have tattoos to identify rank amongst each other. Location is key, any Palmas member with a tattoo on their back or chest is usually low ranking while face and hand tattoos identify a high rank. Normally tattoos consist of things such as the flag from their region but more importantly palm trees.
