Lowey, dont mistake it for Chloe, is a sweet and caring girl who anyone would be lucky to spend time with. Her smile warms your heart and her laugh causes joy to all that hears it. She is a brave and courageous girl who does whatever it takes to see others happy. You want lowey as a friend, she would be there for you no matter what. She'll be there for anybody who needs it, and will take the time out of her day to help you out. She is definitely one for the books and if you meet a Lowey, make sure to get to know her because she will change your life.

Lowey is definitely the life of this party, I am glad I invited her!
