An adjective
Term describing someone who has earned their insight/education through life experiences, not just formal education. A reimagining of "learned" as "L-earned," the "L" stands for Living, Loving, Listening, Lifting, Loss, or Lessons.
She didn't just study social work in college, she L-earned her license by raising a family, surviving heartbreak, working hard, and showing up.
