Klokliking 

The act of being emotionally manipulative, mentally weak, and leech-like in behavior. A klokliker often crashes out over small things but also drains the energy of others through passive aggression, guilt-tripping, or blame-shifting, profound mental retardation.

Synonymous with being toxic, emotionally unstable, and unable to take accountability.
