Exaggerated and gratuitous adoption of gargantuan technical jargon leading to epistemological bewilderment and disorientation.

Confusion but of a higher level.

I thought I knew, but after talking to her, I just got more and more keongfusion.

A disorientation of sorts in relation to harbored romantic feelings; Uncertainty regarding a romantic relationship, but in a positive, giddy fashion.

Because I can spell Konfusion with a K and I can like it.
