Kentucky Slider with Cheese 

A Kentucky Slider with cheese is similar to the Kentucky Slider, in which you drag your balls across a girls face slowly from tip of chin to top of forehead in one long slow paced motion, except a “with cheese” at the end of the name suggests that the balls being dragged across her face are in fact sweaty and greasy or a combination of both. In short, a “with cheese” option of the Kentucky slider can only be achieved if the testicles have that perfect ballsack smell

I gave her a Kentucky slider, but alas I have been playing tennis all day, I guess it’s gonna be a Kentucky Slider with cheese!
