It is the homoerotic connection between the characters Yoo Joonghyuk and Kim Dokja from the webnovel/webtoon 'Omniscient Reader'. Both showing signs of affection for each other and are respectively known as 'sunfish bastard' and 'ugly squid'.

Some examples being;

Joongdoker

Shippers who disrespectfully comments "I like this <insert ship> better", or "I only see them as siblings" (despite being not siblings), or insulting other ships under a post designated for it, just to invalidate other people's happiness instead of leaving them alone.
Term can be used to any rude shippers, not limiting to Joongdok shippers.
