A bag of herbs which is sold exclusively by John Halligan. Often given to foolish customers who believe it is cannabis, John has made much profit from this great scam. However despite his best efforts to deny that the bag is in fact herbs, many cannabis-users in the local Waterford area now have it out for Halligan and his false baggies.
