Joemalia

Joemalia is a kingdom led by the Glorious King & Emperor Joe Jitsukawa. It is composed of an unspecified number of states. Much of the nation is a mystery, including, but not limited to, its geographical location, diplomatic status, GDP, or governing body. With a population of approximately 485,000, this nation is similar in size to the city of Sacramento, California, in the United States of America, or the country of Guadeloupe. The name and location of the capital have never been disclosed. Very little is known about the populace – only that it is extremely diverse and multicultural.

A slang term is often all one would need to identify a citizen. The strange words, like 'mudda', are simply a variation of their English counterparts that enhance emotional appeal.
Person 1: "Yo, I just got fired from my job in Joemalia because I was late."
Person 2: "Whaaat. That's da mudda bullshit!"

You think me an old fogeyand an old tory, his thoughtful voice said. I saw three generations since O’Connel’s time. I remember the famine. Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)
