Jilesian

When someone of higher stature in an I.T. environment (i.e. lead, manager, director) makes questionable or borderline ignorant decisions or comments as if they know what is going on but they really are pulling things out of their ass or thin air.
The copier contractor came in making false accusations like their equipment failure was our fault or we did not setup their software correctly, which was a very jilesian thing to Assume.
