a very masculine guy who loves to dress up in delicate little outfits with ribbons, bows and lace. (Originates from the Beverly Hillbillies: Jethro Bodine's delicate little sister)

We were shocked when we saw the big bald wrestler sashay into the dance hall dressed like a sweet jethrine.
