Used to describe a group of inept neanderthals who achieve results worse than if they had done nothing at all.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the UK Government encouraged people to eat out, go to work and behave as normal, and then were at a loss and had absolutely no plan when cases surged. The UK Government is full of Incompicunts.

Incompecunt

An individual incapable of completing the simplest of tasks using logic principles they have been trained to use, while acting like they are outstanding in their field.

Johnny is such an incompecunt that he once again did not order enough of the materials for the job, even after I gave him a complete list of what was needed. When I approached him he argued that it was my mistake!

incompecunt

Someone who is not only incompetent, but also a raging cunt. This term can be used for both males & females. Incompecunts are known for their lack of ability in completing even basic tasks, while exhibiting a 'holier-than-thou' attitude & disrespecting others.

If she'd quit being such an incompecunt, maybe we'd get some work done around here.
