Inappropriate Muffin

Another addition to the Awkward Turtle family of hand gestures. The left hand is clenched into a fist then the right hand is placed over the top and closed around the fist to create a muffin shape.

Boy: Your ass is peng ;)
Girl: *Inappropriate Muffin*
