If you are saying something, obviously it is YOUR opinion..it is a waste of time to type imho..or imo, or any derivative of it. This is the obnoxious rendition. This is said by a person with a strong opinion (obvi)

I think calling someone stupid or an idiot is not near as ugly as telling someone it is their fault that their child was killed. Wow!! People here should know that they are stupid or not. But when it comes to the other - that is really an emotional issue that shouldn't be touched at all - IMNSHO.

Either liquid niquil or any liquid drink with melatonin, Ashwaganda or other sleeping aids in a liquid form. If warm tea helps you get to sleep that could be sleepy juice too.
