Ifty Bifty

A shifty sort of fellow - the type who hangs around building sites trying to sell you stuff by saying things like 'Would you like a lawnmower for £5? It's a bit shit yeah, but it's alright.'

'That fellow over there trying to sell you that lawnmower is a right old ifty bifty.'
