What am I sposta do --- CHARM HIM with my SPARKLING PERSONALITY?!

Da indignant questions dat you snortingly ask yer client/supervisor who has tasked you wif da job of negotiating wif a third party on his behalf --- probably in hopes of persuading/convincing said "Person C" to do whatever it is dat said "Person A" wants --- but then after arriving at Person C's location and sizing up da situation, you realize dat you possess little-or-no knowledge, experience, preparation, and/or influence regarding said negotiation wif Person C, and so you are at a loss to know how best to approach Person C wif Person A's proposition.

Clueless Dude #1, standing just inside da door of a noisy manufacturing-floor building and splutteringly protesting to Dude #2 on his cell phone: Look, Buddy --- I got here to da clothing-factory as you instructed, and I see da uniforms-design foreman whom you described to me, but he's a totally-absorbed-in-his-work bloke who's busy up to his eyeballs, and so I haven't a clue how to proceed here... what am I sposta do --- CHARM HIM with my SPARKLING PERSONALITY?!
