Typically a member of the opposite gender who outwardly desires more sexual attention than is due. It is derived from the following two words.

Hoon was first used as a shortened form of "hooligan"

Dashy - Making a show; attracting attention; presenting a marked appearance.

Look at that little hoondashy over there; I wonder what kind of program she'll be running tonight (see program).

One who is the combination of a homosexual and a necrophiliac. Thus, they prefer intercourse with dead people of the same sex.

Jon likes to have sex with dead boys, in other words, Jon is a hoondark.
