A Quentin Tarantino adjective used to describe the atmosphere in 50's themed diners (like Jack Rabbit Slim's in Pulp Fiction.) Could be used in the same way as "it's hella poppin' in here."

"Vincent digs into his Douglas Sirk steak. As he chews, his eyes scan the Hellsapopinish restaurant."
