Hansdorpher 

Just a straight up hustler. You leave anything from your keys to your money out and a Hansdorpher will swipe them right from beneath your eyes. Sometimes when a hansdorpher gets really desperate they graduate to a ratsdorpher, which is essentially the scum of the earth, and hangs out with dirty mike and the boys. In most cases they are communist, and have migrated from poland in search of either bread, or a job, sometimes just a little poon.
