The name provided to those who dont refuel the company car, failing abide by the half tank rule, despite having an abundence of time on a nightshift to refuel!
Kris was nightshift last night driving about in the company car and failed to refuel when it reached half a tank to the detriment of his colleagues. Kris is therefore a "half tank wank"
