A verb or adjective derived from the most common and vulgar African American racial epithet, aka the "n" word. Gering refers to both the engagement in and personification of sterotypical behavior, posture, language, actions, and overall attitude commonly displayed by African Americans immersed in inner city African American hip hop culture. A word used to ironically refer to North Americans who use the made up word "Latinx".

Woke person: I'm so excited to meet someone from the latinx community!

Latino: Excuse me, please don't use the word latinx. Less than 3% of Hispanics use it. It's a made up word used by idiot woke people who can't even tell you what the Spanish word for latinx is, since it doesn't exist.
