freudian text

Texting someone what's really on your mind before editing with a language, content or audience filter.
"My Wife told me she was going to her Mom's on Saturday for dinner, but while she was out, she texted me that 'She'd be home from the spa around nine.'
Ha! She thinks I'm helping Joe put in a new deck. I wrote her back, 'Ok, the poker game is almost over.'
Double Freudian text; we're both idiots."

Freudian text

When you accidently text somthing that is interpreted as occurring due to the interference of some unconscious ("dynamically repressed") wish, conflict, or train of thought. The concept is thus part of classical psychoanalysis by Sigmund Freud. Autotext can sometimes accidently insert your subconscious thought.
Normally, you would text, "I would love to see you." A Freudian text would instead text "I would love to sex you"

Freudian text

1. Sending a text message to the subject of your text, instead of the intended recipient.

2. Texting someone what's on your mind, as opposed to what you meant to say.
1. Me (to Alice): "Hey John, isn't Alice is a real bitch?"
Alice: "...What the fuck?"
Me: "Oops, Freudian text."

2. Me (to Alice): "Fuck you, lying whore."
Alice: "What?!?!"
Me: "Oops, Freudian text."
Alice: "...Again?!"

Freudian Text

Texting using only your phone's predictive function for the laughs.

Can be a hilarious party trick for entertainment; but is also quite revealing about what words someone regularly texts.
I was at a party with that Sally girl, we were playing Freudian Text, it was funny as all hell. She sent me some really messed up stuff!

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
According to the boffins downstairs, the murderer used a serrated blade.

Pee Calculus

When you have to pee in a movie but don’t want to miss anything, and must do the following mental equation: will the amount I have to pee cause enough discomfort to diminish my attention capacity for the remainder of the movie to an extent which is greater than the amount of the movie I would miss by making a mad dash to the restroom.
I saw Satantango last night, wonderful film but by the 5th hour I had to start doing pee calculus.
