A fat nap occurs when an individual sleeps with a larger person of the opposite sex but does not engage in sexual activities with this person. The fat napper, the slimmer person or individual who executes the fat nap, often awakens from this experience feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. However, there are no positive or negative side effects for the fat nappee, the larger individual in the fat nap.
