Fartmadjuct fallacy
The Fart-ma-djuct Fallacy:
In simple terms it refers to when someone uses a bad argument of their opponent as a means to prove their own correctness; can also be a non-argument from the opponent like a statement or joke.
Upon deeper conversation it can also address "circular reasoning" and the "I didn't do it" defense. In passing it can also be used against silly arguments or opinionated statements, due to it's silly sounding name.
The word originated in a small Discord community comprised of mostly Scandinavian individuals but has now spread out to far more communities. Since the word originated in Scandinavian community it is believed the "Fart" in the name relates to the Nordic word for Speed spelt the same, though the word seems to be quite anglicized.
