A phrase to exclaim loudly when you hear/see anything that's, well, fucked up. The louder you scream this, the better.

Amy: I got an B on my math quiz.

Me: So?

Amy: I haven't been at school for the last twelve weeks.

Me: FUCKED UP alert.
