Doofus, bafoon, oaf, goofy, dork, dummy, not funny, incompetent. Dude's an earp! Someone who tries to be funny and fails. A (preferably delayed) response after someone uses a tired old joke or fails at being funny. Stretching word length and rising pitch also important when used (like a frog croaking).

Amber says "I hate these meetings they're soo long". Andy "That's what she said" Room is quiet and awkward. Alex chimes in "EARP!"
