Don't want to do this video

1 The first sentence uttered in a (fake) apology video, with the deep sigh and the message "I'm sorry you feel that way" and "Look at the ad I added in this video".

2 You should fuck off, don't do the video to the person you are talking to.
1 ... * sigh * Guys... I didn't want to do this video...

2 Person 1: Let's do this video!

Person 2: No, I don't want to do this video.

Person 1: But it will...

Person 2: NO, I DON'T WANT TO DO THIS VIDEO!

I don’t want peace; I want problems ALWAYS!!!!!!

I don’t want peace; I want problems ALWAYS!!!!!! — a popular meme that originated in the unbelievable genre: African Martial Arts Films.

This particular line appears in the 2017 adaptation of the Mortal Kombat game, from Ghana's Kumawood scene. The line is spoken by Marsuel Hoppe, who plays Shao Kahn, the armored tyrant from the video game. Kumawood productions are typically low-budget and quickly produced.

This line is an absolute declaration of martial arts militancy and the desire to fight even is your opponent is suing for peace.
You want peace? You want peace? I don’t want peace; I want problems ALWAYS!!!!!!

You don’t want no smoke

1. Not wanting a problem
2. Can be used as “giving them smoke,” as in kicking someone’s ass in a sport, i.e. basketball
P1: *angrily* Dog you finna get fucked up?
P2: You don’t want no smoke from me, dog

No, I don't want to take my pants off

This is what you say when someone near you is on the phone so whoever they happen to be talking to thinks they were about to get some but then were rejected.
Victim: "Oh, yeah so the other night I was talking to-"
Random person: "No, I don't want to take my pants off!"
Person on the phone: "Who was that..?"
Victim: "Um...."

I don't want to say this, but

A preamble, often used, which precedes something that the speaker cannot resist the urge to say (for a variety of reasons including loose mouth).
It is also either or both of the following:
Extremely critical of the person being spoken to, Revealing the true nature of the person speaking.
"I don't want to say this, but you're a heartless bastard who is too eager to get into fights"
