Doe Dick 

One who is basically just a dumb son of a bitch. This person more often than not is a freight hauling no driving mother fucker. A Doe-Dick is also known as a Go-Dick or a No-Dick.

Pat sure has became quite the doe dick since he became a freight hauler.
