Dobbo is generally the name of a smart person. Also called a "nerd" a "Dobbo" most of the time is also very polite which also brings in the name "sir" or "sire".

Northern english slang for a sex pest. They tend to sit around the fountain in large, ex-industrial town centres trying to speak to girls a lot younger then them; usually under the influence of legal highs and gambling with street corner games such as flippy cup.
Girl 1: "Stay away from that guy he's a dobbo"
