Disaster forward 

Describes a work-style or lifestyle of someone who is always prepping for the worst case scenario and ensuring it doesn’t happen.

Don’t worry, nothing bad is going to happen. Carol is in charge and she’s disaster forward.

What happens if this isn’t filed in five days? I’m disaster forward and will have a preventative plan to you tomorrow morning.
