When someone is getting loud, sassy or mouthy.

Somone raises their voice at you and you respond:

"Hey, you better check your decibels!"

Decibel America is the culture in America consisting of "loud activites" Such as: Nascar racing, demolition derbies, monster-trucks and other motorsports. One can also include activites such as gun events etc. The term Decibel America is often associated with rednecks.
