DFB is a thing mostly teenaged women post on Snapchat stories to attempt to earn the attention of others. One would post a Snapchat story containing a black image and captioned "dfb" in an attempt to make the viewers believe something is emotionally unstable in the poster's life.

Simply put: An acronym for Doctor Fingered Butt
It is important that this is not the same thing as a normal prostate check-up, but rather an incident in which the recieving party has something wrong with them. This originated in a school after a kid was found to have become a DFB as a result of not shitting right.

Dumb Fuck Boomer. Used to describe an out of touch older person who doesn’t realize the world has changed since the 1970’s and 80’s and that things aren’t as affordable as they once were.
DFB: if you stopped eating so much avocado toast, you could use that money to buy a nice house in a nice neighborhood and buy a new car.
