When typed in the chat menu of WOW or in other MMO's, it lets one release his/her (but most likely his) inner urge to burst into dance to express abstract feelings.

When you are at work and you have to shit extremely bad, you start doing a little dance to keep it from coming out. This is known as "the dance"

a form of activity, with many different styles. dance can be taught at studios or non-formaly as well. it's a good expression of emotion and feelings. dancing requires a lot of hard work, practise, commitment, and discipline.
