Cupps Syndrome

a debilitating disease affecting the joints whereby one is no longer able to bend any of one's appendages. Typically, when one suffers from this disease one will waddle from side to side, foot to foot, in order to get from place to place.

Person A: Why can't she shake her booty?

Person B: Dude, she has Cupps Syndrome!

CUPS (Chronic Under Packing Syndrome)

CUPS describes a person who never packs enough marijuana into a bowl to accommodate everyone partaking.

I hate matching bowls with John because he suffers from CUPS (Chronic Under Packing Syndrome).
