Someone that goes out of their way to be offended by everything that differs from their opinion. Instead of agreeing to disagree they will often harass the person(s) looking to compromise on the issue.
Things to look out for:
--They prefer to make a scene when there are groups or cameras around.
--Lord help you if they're in the presence of both
--At this point just leave.
--No need to argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
How to spot a Crybully: (Including but not limited to)
-- white liberals who overestimate their authority
-- Liberal college students mainly (all races)
-- PTA parents (All races and genders are guilty, but its mainly White women)
-- The Black guy/gal always pulling the race card.
-- A Blacktivist (Black Activist)
--The Black Crybully typically hijacks legitimate social injustice movements/protests and quickly erodes the legitimacy of said movement/protest with arrogance and unbridled rudeness when people respectfully don't agree with them.

I was out camping and I went cut down a small damaged tree for firewood and some guy appeared ,hurling slurs my way saying that my carbon footprint was too big and that I don't care about the environment. I tried to explain the the tree was already heavily damaged but he just got louder. I even tried to end the conversation politely, but he wouldn't leave me alone until I agreed with him. What a CRYBULLY.

A dork who's a bully, a dork that is always defensive, always has an excuse to keep someone from getting something done or to fuck with/sabotage their life, or always has another image/name to try and pretend they're not still the same dork they were as a kid, and therefore has no redeemable values whatsoever.
Lindsay the whinebully didn't even have the heart to cry real tears, because the crybully was always defensive and always tried desperately to convince everyone around her that she didn't give a fuck what anybody thought of her when it was all she ever thought about, what people thought of her/what her image looked like to others. Usually she always tried to act/look tough to keep from getting eaten alive, though it wasn't effective with people that knew her well, therefore she hated them.

A bully who harasses their victim, then goes crying fake tears to a person or group of authority or publicity claiming that their victim harassed them, in order to encourage them to wrongly persecute the victim as well.
Des was a notorious crybully, one time he kicked at people building sandcastles in the playground before running off, and by the time we helped clean up those that were hurt, he'd dragged back a teacher and claimed that we'd all ganged up on him!

A chronic or serial protester/complainer who claims persecution/victimization based on phony, exaggerated or unverifiable transgressions, is overly sensitive to criticism, and uses harrassment and/or intimidation to silence others who question, doubt, or disagree with the complainer's position. This term became common when describing college campus protesters who organized demonstrations over spurious claims of "hate crimes" and demanded that their assumed victimization granted moral authority to demand that their critics be silenced.
"The crybully claimed that the frat boys hung a noose in the Student Center, but it turned out the girl who 'found' it put it there herself. They won't apologize for it, but still want to have their demonstration."

A person who considers themselves a member of a victimized class who demands that those who don't agree with them be punished. The crybully is often overly-sensitive to perceived slights, but doesn't hesitate to label others. The crybully wears their victimhood as a badge of honor and relies on loud, angry slogans when their viewpoint is questioned. The crybully will attempt to shame their opponents into silence.
The crybully screamed at and cursed the Yale professor who suggested that the university's primary goal isn't to provide students a safe place where their perspectives are never questioned but to develop intellectual communities that can freely dialog about any topic.
