The action is the girl sit on the toilet while the guy sits on her lap opens her legs and pees at the same time. The position on the man and women is that one the urine flows the 2 two streams of urine intersect each other.

Dude.... I saw my girl talking a piss so then I went and sat in her lap and we were crossing the streams.
