One might often shout: "Matt your such a creepy creever."

Someone who goes out of their way to learn a little extra about someone. Someone who is obsessed with someone from a different country and gets upset because they sound american. someone who talks about a certain person every single minute of the day. someone who makes their bestfriend call a certain person because they can't call them on their own. someone who makes people stand next to them who are the same height of that certain person to compare what they will look like next to them. someone who while watching disney movies; imagines the characters to depict themself and a certain someone.

girl 1: Dudde, that liza girl is a creepy creeperson.
girl 2: I know man, she's been talking about that boy all day.
