When you see someone so hot, you literally blow a load in your pants. Predominantly used by members of the male persuasion... hopefully.

Can also be changed to Cream my pants.

Guy 1: Did you see that HOT girl?
Guy 2: Yeah dude, she was steamin'!
Guy 1: Duuuude, nasty, did you cream your pants?
