Combat roll 

A maneuver taught to some armed forces, Used in close combat. Much like a summer sault, using your shoulder as the point of impact on the ground and using forward momentum to cause a person to roll forward landing back on his or her feet.

He used a combat roll and caught the enemy by suprise and cut his throat wide open.

To exit an unfavourable social situation without making your absence obvious until a passing period. Usually, complimented by the classic bathroom room option.

Man, Rob did a combat roll last night. He fucked off to the toilet and never came back.
