When somebody says something that they will do, and somebody then says 'coasted', this mean the person who said the statement has to what they just said, and if the person that said it doesn't do it then they get slapped by whoever heard the 'coasted'
Example 1
person 1: i'm going to jump of the roof
Person 2: coasted

Person 1: #doesnt do it#
Person 2: #slap in the face#

Example 2
person 1: i'm going to jump of the roof
Person 2: coasted

person 1: #jumps off the roof#

When someone says they will do something outlandish, another person can say ‘coasted’. If the person then does not do the thing they said they would, they have to shave off one of their eyebrows

To have something stolen. Derived from the car theft statistics that indicate that California cities are frequently among the top ten for car theft rates.
Usually used in the past tense
Fred left his laptop on his passenger seat in the Stadium's parking lot and of course, the thing gets west coasted.
