Can be used as a general insult or specifically in relation to twats that think they are Spartans.

If someone says SPARTA! loudly, implying that they are a Spartan warrior or just generally trying to big themselves up then you reply...

When someone gets called out on their poor work, performance or actions and their response is to cry to authorities as opposed to fixing their ways or speaking up for themselves.

Carlson CLIFF BABYED after everyone saw what he didnt do at work. Hes always CLIFF BABYING after getting called out for what he does. He CLIFF BABYED someone at work after being caught being a loser employee. Watch out , hes know to CLIFF BABY people to cover for his inadequacies.

Cliff Baby 

Back before modern history many things were killing human beings such as lions, giant birds, disease and our environment. So due to natural selection a lot of our ancestors that were lower IQ suffered these fates but for a reason and that reason is to make our species more intelligent/stronger as a whole by killing off the not so smart and strong and making sure they do no procreate. Thanks to advanced technology those children that should of perished are now alive breeding and that is what is wrong with our society.
