Cincitucky 

Refers to the geographical region of Cincinnati, OH. Mainly used in a derogatory way by Clevelanders in Metro-Cleveland because Cincinnati is so conservative and because Cincinati folk have southern twangs instead of a Cleveland accent. The image of a Southern redneck is very much associated with Cincinati and Kentucky.

Close proximity to Kentucky, traits of a Southern accent, thoughts of hilbillies, and strong Republican support in Cincinnati makes it a joke to liberal leaning, Cleveland Accent talkin Northerners.

"Those Bungles fans will have a fun drive down 71 to Cincitucky."

Refers to the geographical region of suburban Cincinnati, OH which lies south of the Ohio River, and is hence technically in the state of Kentucky - as well as denizens of said region. Used chiefly as a pejorative by Ohioans to refer to these dubious Kentuckians. Cincituckians are only tolerated by Ohioans because the airport lies in nearby Covington, KY. Usage can also be extrapolated to non-residents of Cincitucky who nevertheless conduct themselves in a markedly Cincituckian fashion. Cincituckians are understood to be Hillbillies and Hillwilhelminas of lower social standing, education and tooth count; and to find one's self in Cincitucky is to experience an intense, almost primal sense of despair.

Cincitucky 

Area in northern Kentucky that does Cincinnati's business for them because they're too stupid to do their own. Cincitucky has the Cincinnati airport in it, owns most of the Ohio River, has more developments than Cincinnati, and has nicer, less stuck up people than Ohio.

Oh, it's so great to be back in Cincitucky again. Those Ohioans were so rude and stupid!
