A cuss that is a cross between 'gutted' and 'in your face'. Popularised by television's own Richard Keith Herring, it is thought to be a corruption of 'jog on'.

CHEG is slang for 'Check it!'.

Used when one finds an awesome scene or item and wants to show everyone immediately.

Kinda like putting an approved stamp on something rad.
