The Chang Scale is a universal measurement of how high a person is.

The scale is organized as follows:
0 - Sober
1 - Semi
2 - Subdued
3 - Stoned
4 - Stupid
5 - Surreal

Hope: I'd say on the Chang Scale, I'm about a 3.5
