This is an anagram for Convenient Memory Loss Syndrome.

CMLS was coined because of Republican Trump supporters who say that after Mueller's 18 months of investigation, "If he can't come up with anything...", when it produced 26 indictments, several arrests, and people turning over on Trump, after Trey Gowdy spent 4 years of investigating and interrogating Hillary Clinton with no indictments or even any evidence of anything, they definitely have CMLS.
