A person driving around the suburbs high or getting high.

"Hey, where are we? I have a blunt.."

"A suburb, filled with houses..."

"Why?"

"Burbs blazin, man."

Friend A.) "I want to blaze."

Friend B.) "Hey, the suburbs has no cops and its slow."

Friend A.) "We be Burb's Blazin!"

or

Brad drives in the suburbs to get to work. During the night, he drives in the suburbs to be burb's blazin! He always buckles up.
