Bullcap 

Another term for bullcrap. When someone calls cap because they feel insecure and you call bullcap. Does not need to be proven unless made official.

Official Bullcap 

When someone calls cap you can call "Official Bullcap" basically means they are just calling cap because they feel insecure. However once "Official Bullcap" is called you need to prove it within your own given timeframe. Once set you cannot change your deal. If refused the person surrenders to their own insecurities automatically
